- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India and to United Arab Emirates , Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Oman. If you are located outside our primary shipping regions, please contact us at support@terravitawellness.com to confirm if delivery is available to your area.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination and order weight.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 within India
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Within Mumbai: 1-2 business days
- Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3–4 business days
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier service.
Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or local restrictions).
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and courier partner link.
You can track your shipment’s progress directly on the courier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to support@teravitawellness.com
- Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, re-shipping charges will apply.
- Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international) of shipment, please contact us and we’ll investigate with our courier partners.
We are not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier, but we will support you in resolving the issue.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@teravitawellness.com with:
- Your order number,
- A brief description of the issue, and
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We’ll assess the claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (as per our Refund Policy).
- Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment when applicable.
- Change or Cancellation of Orders
Orders once processed cannot be changed or cancelled.
However, if you wish to update your address or contact information before dispatch, please email us immediately — we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
